What are the recruitment steps?
1) Defining a workplace
Together we define the job description, qualifications and benefits. These steps are usually done once and then they just repeat over and over again because generally they do not change.
2) Collection and selection summary
If our database lacks a specific profession, we publish the ad online through the best portal in the country and then we choose around 10-15 resumes for each position.
3) Interviews with our experts
Now we organize the first round of interviews in our office and define up to 3 potential employees who fully meet the criteria. Soon, the recruitment process is completed.
4) The final selection
Once agreed upon we can choose your new employees through video conference, where you have the last word. But our consultation is really important since we know the best workers in this territory. The worker signs initial contract for a trial period.
